Terms and Conditions

When applying any discount such as Club Sol Membership/AAA/AARP/Government/Military to your room rate, you will be required to show proof of membership identification upon check-in. Failure to provide proper membership identification will result in full room rate at check in.

For any reservations booked using a Club Sol Membership: The primary Club Sol member on the account must be present at check-in with a valid photo ID that matches the name on the hotel reservation. Should a companion arrive prior to the Club Sol cardholder, the companion will not be able to check-in but will have the option to book a separate reservation until the arrival of the primary Club Sol customer. Once the individual with the original reservation arrives with a photo id, they will be added to the new reservation and the original rates/discounts will be honored.

Failure to cancel a complimentary room reservation within 48 hours will result in the charge of one night’s full room rate and Occupancy Fee.

Credit cards are required with all reservations, including any complimentary stays.
The credit card will be authorized at the time of check in for the total cost of stay plus a 10% Occupancy Fee per night and a hold of $100 for incidental charges.

When redeeming a complimentary stay, the holder of said stay must present all documentation entitling the holder to stay.

Casino Del Sol Resort’s guest rooms and corridors are non-smoking. A $300 dry cleaning and freshening fee will be added to your bill should we find evidence of smoking in your room.

Soak Sundays We will be holding pool parties every Sunday from 12-5p during which time no one under 21 years of age will be allowed in the pool area. We will begin asking anyone under the age of 21 years to vacate the pool area at/or around 11am. Upon request, all hotel guests over the age of 21 will receive complimentary tickets to Soak Sunday event.
