Cancellations
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Failure to cancel 48 hours before your scheduled arrival will result in a charge of one nights room plus and tax assessed to the credit card on file. The 48-hour cancellation does not apply to special promotions or events with an otherwise stated policy.

Changes
Any changes to the arrival date, departure date or room type of this reservation are subject to the hotel’s availability at the time the change is requested and may result in a rate change or an additional fee. For example, shortening or lengthening your reservation is subject to availability and may not be possible at a later date

Late Checkout: Based on Availability. Please speak with the Front Desk on or before your departure day for more information. Late check-out feels may apply.

Debit/Credit Card Authorization Policy
A Valid credit card is required as guarantee for any guest room reservations made. The amount equal to one night’s room and occupancy fee will authorized 48 hours prior to the arrival date to validate the credit card on file. Reservations with non-valid credit cards will be cancelled unless a valid credit card is provided as guarantee. 

A deposit will be required at the time of arrival and added to the amount for the total room charge including occupancy fee. The deposit amount will be $50 if authorized on the guest’s credit card and or $100 if cash is used as the preferred form of payment. The deposit cannot be waived or reduced and is refundable at departure upon room inspection. Deposits authorized on the guests credit card may take up to 10 business days to release based on the regulations from their financial institution.

Smoking
Casino Del Sol’s guest rooms and corridors are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed in designated areas only. Subject to fine of $300 if policy is disregarded.

Registration
All guests must be 21 years or older with valid identification to reserve and check into the hotel.
Family Policy: Children under 17 years of age stay free with an accompanied adult based on
occupancy restrictions. 

Cribs: Available by request at no charge, based on availability.

Pet Policy: No pests allowed unless it is a documented service animal.

Self-Parking: Complimentary
Valet Parking: Complimentary

The Resort reserves the right to not honor any future promotions, discounts, or offers if not
originally reserved. No changes in room rate will be made at the time of registration to the
Resort or after the 48 hour cancellation period.

Membership discounts applied to reservations require proper identification during check-in in
order for the discount to be honored. This includes online or call-in reservations booked using
discounted offers.

Club Sol member's complimentary or discounted reservations cannot be transferred, exchanged
or gifted. Due the state regulations only the individual receiving the offer may reserve, register,
or alter any reservations reserved through Casino Del Sol Resort's player club offers.
Identification and offer documentation will be required at time of check-in.

All reservations made are for Hotel Room usage only and do not imply availability of any of the Resort's amenities or features other than those found inside the hotel rooms. No discounts to room rate will be provided based on closures, special events, inclement weather, repairs, or other situations, which may limit the use of amenities or hotel areas. These areas include but are not limited to the Resort's pool, spa, outlets, or any other area located within the Resort's grounds.
